1. What is Ad Chap?
A. Ad Chap is an advertising network geared to social networks such as facebook, bebo and myspace. We help advertisers advertise on social networking sites and we help developers monetize their applications and widgets. Currently we operate on facebook, bebo and myspace with more sites to come in the future.
2. Can I buy ads and sell ads at the same time?
A. Yes you can be an advertiser and publisher at the same time with the same login. You can easily switch between publisher and advertiser modes.

4. I want to exchange ads with other application developers and not pay any money, can I do this?
A. We are currently investigating this capability. It may be offered in the future.
5. I want to buy an ad from your website, not from inside of facebook.
A. We are launching first inside the Ad Chap facebook application only. After that our focus will be to enable other social networking sites.
6. Do you offer CPM advertising?
A. At this time we only offer CPC, CPI and CPA formats. We are also working on enhancing the system to enable other formats including CPM.
7. I would like to advertise with CPA ads, how do I place them?
A. CPA formats and ads are only available upon application and for longer term advertisers. Please contact us at support (at) adchap.com and let us know more about your campaign, necessary targeting, budget, campaign length and what the conversion / action is.

9. I am a publisher and an advertiser, will my own ad show on my page?
A. If you configure your ad as a facebook application, your ad will not appear on the same application that you are selling ads on.
10. I am a publisher and an advertiser and I have a group of applications, I do not advertise all my applications with you. Is there a way to block certain applications from advertising on my app that I am selling ads on?
A. In the settings for each ad you can enter the application ID of facebook applications that you would like to block from advertising on your application. This can be useful for your own and competitor applications.
11. I have a suggestion to make the Ad Chap service better.
A. That is great, we encourage and appreciate your comments and we would love to hear how we can make Ad Chap better for you. Please submit your suggestions to suggestions@adchap.com
12. How do you make money and what is your cut on the ads?
A. We make money from the difference between the ads that are bought and sold (i.e. the spread). Currently we pay publishers 75% of revenues and we get 25%. We will always be fair and upfront with you on this.
13. Do you have click fraud protection in place?
A. We have put measures in place to protect you from fraudulent activities. If we find fraudulent activities (or attempts), those users will be banned and possibly be reported to facebook and / or their local authorities. We don't tolerate fraud and scamming of our customers and advertisers. If a publisher account is indeed found to have fraudulent activity, no monies will be paid out to that publisher as we will refund advertisers for the said fraudulent clicks.
